125th Anniversary of the Founding of the University with a Liturgy
Date: August 12, 2013
Description: Most Rev. William O'Hara, the first Bishop of the Diocese of Scranton, blessed a single block of granite as the cornerstone of the new College of St. Thomas of Aquinas on the afternoon of Sunday, Aug. 12, 1888. The University of Scranton recognized the blessing ceremony with a Mass and luncheon on campus.

Mass of the Holy Spirit: Celebrating 125 Years Campus Kick Off

Date: May 16,  2014
Description: Kevin P. Quinn, S.J. was the presider and celebrant. Mass was followed by a Luau, featuring refreshments, games and live entertainment. Limited edition 125th Anniversary commemorative t-shirts were distributed.
